iTAK users unable to manage channels due to "No Servers Available"

There is a known issue where some iTAK users will see "No Servers Available" when they click on TAK Channels instead of the list of their available channels.
Often this will resolve after closing and re-opening the app, but some users have had this problem persist for hours or even days. Currently the work around is to select the desired channels on CloudTAK, which will force the desired channels on in iTAK.
To change channels on CloudTAK:

Go to map.cotak.gov and log in (same username and password as cotak.gov).

Open the drop down menu in the upper right corner. Select the channels tool.

Click on the eye to enable or disable channels
Even if you are unable to change channels in iTAK, this procedure will update your active/inactive channels within all TAK Applications.
