Users in Multiple Agencies

One of the good, yet complicated parts of COTAK is that users can be part of multiple agencies -- such that they can participate in task forces and similar activities while also belonging to their home agency for day to day work (if the task force is intermittent).

The complication arises when a particular user leaves the task force, normal agency administrators are not able to delete that individual from the unit. This is a complex database problem but it basically boils down to preventing their accidental deletion from all agencies.

So, for now the solution is to contact support@cotak.gov and we can resolve that for you.
