Here is a walkthrough of the easiest way to get SARTopo maps into CloudTAK (web based version of COTAK). Export GeoJSON from SARTopo and save. [image: 1755719733949-b9731660-590c-4c78-942c-0f98bb336648-image.png] In CloudTAK: Go to Drawing Tools -> GeoJSON Import. Click "Upload" [image: 1755719974211-fd64d65a-a653-46fd-8bdd-88b272a557a9-image.png] Click "Save to Map" [image: 1755720054460-5f23fa3d-b1d3-40a0-9301-ba7bd1763230-image.png] You will now have the SARTopo map on COTAK. (Tip- use the Lasso tool to select all and share/add to data package/data sync etc.). [image: 1755720135727-4270c621-ab74-41b5-996d-be02170a6a1f-image.png]

We also support integrating SPOT devices into COTAK, and the service plans on those is generally a bit cheaper than Garmin. SPOT generally has a bit less capability as well, but for just seeing a dot of the user's location in COTAK both options work about equally well!

Hi Chris, Have you been viewing the wildfire datasyncs lately on ios? We certainly pay attention to them. But more importantly we've had several field users report that they've been useful. Fireguard, NIFS perimeters and MMA perimeters are the bulk right now. They don't auto-update in ITAK but the refresh isn't difficult -- so it's better, but not perfect yet. We're moving forward but not at complete parity. Ben

Hey Daniel, our developer is super sneaky and already added this feature to CloudTAK! This video shows you how to do this, we'll work on making the workflow a bit more intuitive in the coming months. CloudTAK_Geopdf.mp4

The MMA Perimeters, as well as Fireguard detections, and the NIFS official perimeters all are integrated with COTAK as data sync feeds. For ATAK if you follow these instructions you'll be able to subscribe and view the feeds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGQ-JrTjaFM and the same instructions for iTAK: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bJOL8OEie2g One of the strange behaviors in ATAK is that if we transmitted the polygon out using core ATAK, we would be unable to have the polygon to 'stale' and disappear from the map when it was no longer relevant. Instead the polygon would stay on the map forever until a user manually deleted it. Maybe someday we will be able to get the developers to change that behavior, but for now data sync is the best option for us, as it allows us to 'tell' your device to remove the polygon after 48 hours. Hope that helps, I remember you were having some issues with Data Sync in the past Chris, feel free to follow up here on that if needed!

Yeah the ArcGIS feature for iTAK let's you view any layer of your choice, it's pretty powerful but does not offer a data capture/upload capability like Field Maps does, it's read only. The feature worked with NIFC AGOL last year, but I just checked and it's broken for me too. I suspect that has to do with the 2 factor auth requirement that they added this year, but I'll ask the iTAK developers to look into it. In the meantime if there are other ArcGIS layers that you'd like to see in TAK just let me know and I'll see if we can integrate them similar to our existing fire channels.

I should add that the program manager of UAS Tool told me that the 30T is supported but I don't have a way to confirm
